If for some reason you change your mind, or if a mochila doesn't feel great, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can ship your item back to us and item must be received within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise total.

Return credits are issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please take note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs to Washington DC

Items must be clean, unused, in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
